Dos Rios Divers
Dos Rios Divers is a registered USA Diving club team. We accept divers age 9 through adult. We offer:
Future Champions: This level is for beginning divers. It offers the chance to learn to dive and compete against divers with similar skill levels.
Junior Olympic: This level is for experienced divers age 18 and under.
Seniors: This level is for highly competitive adult divers and Junior Olympic Divers who are looking for higher level competition.

Club Fees and Expenses
Pool and Trampoline Practice: $320/month, due on the 1st of the month and late if received after the 7th of the month. The late fee is $15. Checks that are post marked on or before the 7th will not be considered late.
USA Diving Registration: $43 per year for Athlete / $203 per year for Junior Olympic
Coach’s Travel: Coach's travel expenses for all meets and practices through and including Region 10 Championships are covered by the monthly fee. The expenses for Zone or National Meets will be paid by the divers who qualify for those meets.
Meet Entry Fees: Meet fees are $30 per event or more. The total cost depends on how many events the diver enters. The number of events varies with the facilities diving equipment but may include; 1 and 3 meter springboard, platform and synchronized diving.
Team Suits and Logo Wear: It is recommended but not required that each diver purchase a team suit. If you choose to buy a less expensive suit we do ask that it have a pattern similar to the team suit and colors. Team logo wear (T-shirts, sweatshirts, etc.) are sold at cost and are also not required
Pool practices are held Monday and Wednesday evenings from 6pm to 8pm and Saturday mornings from 10am to 12pm at the Folsom Aquatics Center.
Dry land practices consist of ½ hour of trampoline training and ½ hour of diving specific conditioning. Dry land sessions are signed up for electronically on the club calendar. Each diver is allowed to sign up for two sessions per month. (Go to Dos Rios Divers Home Page and click on the trampoline training video.)
Platform Practice is held at College of Marin, Miwok Aquatics and Fitness Center, 1801 Ignacio Blvd, Novato, CA 94949 on a Sunday afternoon approximately once a month.
